The ICTY acquits former Serbian President Milutinovic of war crimes. The International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia recently handed down an acquittal finding Milutinovic had no direct control over the Yugoslav army, however five co-accused were given sentences of 15 to 22 years.
