ICTY attempts to expedite Karadzic case

Jul 23, 2009 Judges at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, in hopes of proceeding with the case against Radovan Karadzic, have told prosecutors to trim the charges and reassess the witness list.
