Who We Are
The Institute for Justice Sector Development (IJSD) is an organization of skilled practitioners, who have extensive experience in building and managing rule of law projects in fragile states around the globe. We are a few among the many, who write the project plans, teach the courses, advise the leaders, draft the reports, manage the funding and programmatic implementation and struggle to explain the successes and the failures through monitoring and evaluation exercises.
IJSD is supported by a group of professionals with specific regional or subject matter expertise and augmented by networks of academics, researchers, investigators, journalists, civil society activists, and political and economic scientists engaged in countries all over the world.
IJSD is a non-profit tax-exempt organization registered as a 501(c)3 corporation in the United States and as a non-profit stichting in the Netherlands since 2006.
